Ticketing Model

Work through Zendesk (or other preferred ticketing tool) to provide support for BAU asks/requests. This model would be with a Team Lead who oversees one or more Consultant(s).

Project Model

After discussing project details, E1 Consulting will provide a SOW with specific hours and outline all requirements along with a timeline for the project to be completed.

Staff Augmentation

This model provides consultant(s) as an extension for your HRIS team. We will assign consultant(s) who is dedicated to a set number of hours/full time weekly.
